The rosary project with the mothers who are part of Una Luz de Esperanza is a project to provide the women a means of supporting themselves and their families. The rosaries are handmade by each mother. Before turning in rosaries to be sold, the mothers write their prayer intentions which are then attached to the rosary, so that they may remain in prayer with those who purchase them.
